Overview
The Lights.Camera.Help. Film Festival is a three-day event that celebrates the very best PSAs, shorts and feature length films created for cause-related nonprofits all over the world. A portion of the proceeds go directly to the causes represented in the winning films. The event is hosted at the Spirit of Texas Theater and The Scottish Rite Theater in Austin, Texas. Writer and filmmaker Turk Pipkin will debut as keynote speaker on the last day of the festival Friday, Sept. 14.
Lights.Camera.Help pledges to exhibit films focusing on the good happening in our world. Since 2009, over 500 films have been submitted to the festival. Seventy-five films have been showcased and over $7,000 have been awarded to nonprofit organizations.
