"Navarro, County Courthouse located in Corsicana, Texas. Listed as an active courthouse. Designed by architect James E. Flanders and constructed by J. J. Holt,1905 in the Classical Revival style. with Beaux Arts influences. 4-story (including raised basement) brick and cut stone building with classical details. The basement finish is smooth while the piano nobile has deep horizontal joints between courses of stone and segmental arch windows."
