"Archer, County Courthouse located in Archer City, Texas. Listed as an active courthouse. Designed by architect Alonzo N. Dawson and constructed by J.S. DeWees and Jacob Rath, Throckmorton,1892/1926 in the Romanesque Revival style. The Renaissance Revival-style Bandera County Courthouse, built in 1890 by Ed Braden and Sons, was designed by B. F. Trester, Jr."
