Description

Lake Kemp near Wichita Falls , Texas. Seven boat ramps can be reached from three toll gates around the lake. Gate entrance fees are $5/day per vehicle or $200 for an annual pass. Most ramps are not functional when the lake is three feet or more below normal elevation. The ramp at Moonshine gate is the best usable at lower levels than the other ramps. All lake roads are unpaved and no camping facilities are available
