Great place! The owners make sure they greet you when you arrive. The grounds are unbelievably kept & their attention to detail is unreal, i.e. helping you find things to do at registration. This is a true gem in the rough! Don't panic at the prices or that they are four miles out of town. The price is worth the facilities & they are on the "happenin'" side of town...Luckenback, wineries, trade fair, etc. Awesome find!
