Known as Space City, Houston is home to the John Space Center. However NASA is just one of the many attractions you will find in the fourth largest city in America. The historic Battleship Texas is located near the historic San Jacinto Monument, where General Sam Houston routed Santa Anna's army in the battle for Texas independence.
