Designed by architect Elmer George Withers and constructed by Texas Building Company,1910 in the Renaissance Revival style. 2 story brick with simple detail. It has pedimented entrances, a cornice representing a classical order, and a parapet wall above that. The windows are paired, 2-over-2, double-hung sash windows."....
