Description Houston, County Courthouse located in Crockett, Texas. Listed as an active courthouse. Designed by architect Blum E. Hester, Crockett and constructed by Eckert-Fair Construction Co., Dallas WPA,1939 in the Modern style. 5-story (including raised basement) light brick building with Egyptian-inspired details.
