Description

Freestone, County Courthouse located in Fairfield, Texas. Listed as an active courthouse. Designed by architect Atlee B. Ayres, and/or? W.R. Kaufman and constructed by William M. Rice,1919 in the Classical Revival style. The Donley County Courthouse, designed by C. H. Bulger and Isaac Hamilton Rapp in the Romanesque Revival style, was constructed in 1891.
