Description Colorado, County Courthouse located in Columbus, Texas. Listed as an active courthouse. Designed by architect Eugene T. Heiner and constructed by Martin, Byrne & Johnston,1891 in the Renaissance Revival style. The Comal County Courthouse, designed by J.
