Wilson & Tozer and constructed by Strain, Risley & Swinburn,1884 in the Classical Revival style. with Italianate influences. The building was originally constructed of native limestone in the Second Empire style and surmounted by a tall clock tower. In 1931, it was remodeled into a Classical Revival structure."....
